About this role
The Brand & Campaign Specialist is the operational architect of nib's Brand and Acquisition marketing. You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our Above-the-Line (TV, Radio, OOH) and Digital creative campaigns.
You serve as the critical bridge between our Internal Design Team, our Creative Agency partners, our Media Team and Media Agency. Your mandate is execution excellence: ensuring that the strategy defined by the Leadership Team is translated into live market assets that are on brand, on time, on budget, and 100% compliant. You are a "Safe Pair of Hands" who thrives in the complexity of high-volume creative campaign production and have experience in creative optimisation across media channels including Digital.
About you
With 3+ years in brand management, production, or creative account management-either agency side or in a client side brand role-you bring solid experience delivering campaigns end to end.
You speak the language of production fluently, confidently navigating safe zones, audio levels, and dispatch protocols like Adstream or Peach.

* You have demonstrated passion for building and maintaining strong brands. You understand the power of good creative work to drive emotional connection and go above and beyond to deliver best in class work always
* Experience in reviewing creative performance in Digital media platforms (highly regarded)
* Experience engaging with media publishers & media agencies to embed creative best practice into future activity (highly regarded)
