We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Workshop Technician to join a Customer Service Team and provide a high quality service to a customer base by servicing and maintaining an impressive range of municipal vehicles and Waste Equipment
**About the Role**:
- Undertake repairs, maintenance and warranty work on broad range of Municipal and Transport Equipment
- Working efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes for customers
- Undertaking pre deliveries and maintenance work on equipment
- Answering technical enquires from internal and external customers
**What we are looking for**:
- A relevant trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter, Mechanic or similar
- Able to read and interpret engineering design drawings
- Demonstrated experience working in similar position
- An understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Able to read and interpret engineering design drawings
- Experience working in the heavy vehicle or waste industry is desirable
- Sound verbal & written communication skills
- Heavy vehicle license or ability to obtain
