We are on the lookout for a motivated and committed Construction Coordinator to join our diverse team based in Dandenong South.

Safer Storage Systems has been providing industrial pallet racking and shelving solutions for warehouses and retailers throughout Australia for over 19 years. We are the exclusive Australian Supplier of the Gonvarri Material Handling network of brands. In the past few years, our business has grown exponentially as we began manufacturing our own Australian Made Silverline pallet racking range in our Dandenong South facility. Our Silverline racking is of the highest quality and is the most sustainable racking in the Australian market – cutting down on CO2 emissions by more than 85% from comparable international sources. Our business expansion this year has brought in exciting new developments in the pallet racking automation space. Our partnership with Gonvarri Material Handling has enabled us to supply our customers with the most highly efficient picking and packing automatic and semi-automatic storage systems.
Founded and headquartered in Dandenong South, our team is now over 70 people strong and are based across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. What does the job look like?
As the successful applicant, your responsibilities will be to:
* Work closely with the Facilities Manager to analyse service and audit scope requirements.
* Create booking requests for installation and review budget for project delivery.
* Organisation of labour and plant to relevant sites.
* Monitor and manage live updates to job status in both Facilities and Labour schedule.
* Conduct sales order reviews or materials and issue picking slips to the warehouse for delivery.
* Ensure OH&S compliance for on-site works.
* Issue relevant instruction and documentation to installers responsible for the servicing works.
* Monitor, track, and communicate repair project milestones with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification and within budget.
* Complete customer signoff completion certificates upon completion of projects and invoicing.
* Manage any scope changes to orders.
* Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Complete KPI requirements for Safety and QA auditing.
* Comply with all Safer Storage System's policies, Management Guidelines and procedures including Workplace Health and Safety requirements and code of conduct.
Who are we ideally searching for?
* Someone with project delivery administration experience.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to deal with people in a courteous and professional manner.
* Immediate availability (negotiable).
* Great team working skills.
The position is full time from Monday to Friday, with the hours being 8am to 4.30pm.
