Responsibilities
* Build relationships — Engage with fast growing Mid Market customers mainly by phone, email, video call or visit, understanding their needs and profiling, and helping them explore WorldFirst's solutions.
* Drive business growth — Retain and grow our existing Mid Market customers, upsell and cross-sell, identify and qualify potential business opportunities, and outbound sales via targeted acquisition campaigns to achieve sales targets.
* Be the customer's voice — Share insights from client conversations to help shape our products, process and strategy.
* Collaborate across teams — Work closely with internal teams to settle clients' inquiries and cases, and to deliver great experience for clients.
Requirements
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce)
* Enthusiastic in sales and customer success
* Fast learning, collaborative, good interpersonal and communication skills Resilient, self-motivated, target-driven, with a positive and problem-solving attitude to challenges
* Organised, data sensitive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiar with tele-sales, experience in customer support or account management
* Major in Finance, banking-related experience
* Sound understanding or interest in payments or fintech
