You will support and guide children’s learning while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesFacilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of childrenAssist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests, and preferencesDesign and implement activities to be included in children's developmental programBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout you:You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age-specific programs and daily routines.
