The Role
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker with strong sales skills and a proven track record to join our business in Melbourne. The role will be working with one of our key property partners and involves face-to-face client presentations, time in the office, and working closely on joint initiatives. Some weekend work may be required but is balanced with flexible time off during the week.
We have an experienced support team that helps to manage the end-to-end process for your applications, so this role is suited to someone who loves networking, building relationships and being present with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with clients in person and remotely to understand needs and present loan solutions.
* With the support team, manage the end-to-end loan process from enquiry to settlement.
* Help to enhance referral partner relationships supplied by the group.
* Provide clear advice and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
* Deliver an excellent client experience that builds long-term trust.
About You
* Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or in financial services sales
* Strong knowledge of lending products and complex loan structuring
* Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, driven to achieve results, and a team player
* Current accreditation (Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking minimum, Diploma preferred)
