 
        
        **We are seeking experienced event operations staff to assist with the bump in, operational delivery, and bump out of Catering Logistics for the Australian MotoGP in October at Phillip Island.**
**All Roles Overview**
Supporting the catering functional area through the back of house logístical delivery to all corporate and public catering outlets and bars.
Pre-event you will be responsible for the acceptance of deliveries of beverage (soft drink, water, beers, wine, spirits) and stock to the event site warehouse. This stock will then be distributed to outlets across the event precinct and loaded into cool rooms and fridges. You will also assist in the installation of furniture and fixtures into outlets.
During the event, you will assist in the movement of stock across the event site to maintain adequate levels across all outlets.
Post-event you will be responsible for the pack down of outlets and the return of stock to the event site warehouse. You will help to stocktake all returned stock and pack it ready for dispatch to the next event or return to suppliers.
This is a hands-on, physical role, and you will be required to lift and move stock (up to 20kg).
**Essential Requirements**:
- Steel cap boots for all Bump in & Out Days on site 
- Hi-Viz vest 
- RSA (preferred but not essential) 
- Valid Driver's Licence 
- White card (Construction Induction card) - ESSENTIAL
**OPERATIONS CREW**
We are seeking switched on, motivated, and experienced Operations crew to help with the set up and operations of the BOH catering services as part of GEMA Group team.
Working as a part of a small team you will be responsible for the retrieval, inventory, and dispatch of orders to outlets across the venue in a timely manner and in line with project timelines. you will help load cool rooms and fridges with the beverages and move stock as required between outlets.
The roles will deliver the back of house logístical and operational delivery for the corporate and public catering and bars across the event site. You will work within a small team to help deliver the following functions:
- Receive inventory orders delivered to site 
- Pick and pack orders for outlets across the venue 
- Deliver and load order to outlets across the venue. 
- Monitor and maintain stock levels in outlets across the venue.
Payrates - This event will be paid on the **Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2025**
Operations Crew/Labourers = Level 2 Storeperson

**Please note**: 
Robust Event Labour/Operations background required
**Preference will be given to those able to work across all the required days. October 6th - October 23rd**
Shifts will be available 7 days a week on a rotating roster.
