We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Team Member to join our Plumbing team. In this role, you will support trade plumbers, builders and contractors by providing expert advice and accurate quotations across Front of Wall plumbing and hot water solutions.
You will play a key role in managing the sales process from enquiry through to order fulfilment, preparing timely and commercially sound quotations across tapware, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and associated plumbing product categories. Your ability to interpret plans, schedules and specifications will ensure compliant and accurate solutions for both residential and commercial projects.
Working closely with suppliers and our Account Managers, you will help manage valued customer accounts, strengthen trade relationships and contribute to branch sales and margin performance. This is a fast-paced environment where product knowledge, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations across Front of Wall plumbing and hot water categories.
* Interpret plans, hydraulic drawings and schedules to deliver compliant solutions.
* Provide expert product advice across tapware, sanitaryware and plumbing systems.
* Follow up quotations to convert to orders and maximise margin opportunities.
* Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and confirm availability.
* Support Account Managers and key trade customers with technical advice and pricing.
* Finally have a 'hands on' with a 'can do' attitude
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Previous experience in plumbing sales, plumbing trade or plumbing supply environment preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Front of Wall plumbing and hot water product categories are essential.
* Experience reading plans and schedules highly regarded.
* Excellent computer and technical skills.
* Microsoft Office 365 skills.
* Forklift licence (preferred)
