We are a fast-growing Commercial Maintenance company who specialise in commercial and strata high-end Handyman and Grounds Maintenance services. We have a seriously reputable and high-quality business blended with a culture of a supportive and fun work team.
Role
We are looking for honest, reliable, hardworking people who have direct experience in Maintenance & Commercial Cleaning. This role is offered on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position following a successful three-month trial period. For the right candidate, further career progression into supervisory roles may also be available.
Multifunctional role as a Cleaning & Maintenance Specialist including:
* Maintenance of various trades
* Commercial Cleaning
* Handyman and Building related services
* Grounds maintenance
Training is provided however, minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is required.
A commencement date within 1–2 weeks is preferred.
Hours on offer minimum of 30 hours per week, flexed up to 45 hours based on market and job demand.
Hours are flexible and can vary between Monday and Sunday 6am-6pm, sometimes earlier.
Pay rates are competitive and will be based on the experience and start-readiness you can bring to the role.

Considerations
* Ability to learn onsite cloud-based apps for job management
* Attention to detail and ability to identify improvements
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
* Current police clearance certificate is mandatory due to the nature of the job
* Current White card
* Own reliable transport to factory
* Willingness to travel to different locations (in company vehicle)
* Good communication skills and fluent in English
* Ability to work autonomously; an excellent eye for detail; work to achieve a very high standard
* Be adaptable to change and response to high quality responding to client needs.
* Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team
