iSleepResp is a leading Sleep & Respiratory diagnostic service providing Home Sleep Studies, CPAP Therapy Management, and Respiratory Testing across the Illawarra region. We are expanding and looking for an enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday across our two clinic locations (Corrimal and Shellharbour). You will be the first point of contact for patients and referrers, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and managing front-of-house clinic operations
* Scheduling Home Sleep Studies, CPAP Follow-ups, and Lung Function Tests
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and referral correspondence
* Accurate data entry into practice software (training provided)
* Supporting clinicians and contributing to smooth daily workflow
* Maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment
About You
* Experienced in medical reception or allied health administration
* Exceptionally well-spoken with excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic, respectful, and reliable
* Able to work confidently across two locations
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a growing business
* Compassionate and patient-focused at all times
