The Opportunity
Reporting to finance manager, your key focus will be to provide support to the accounts team on a day-to-day basis. This role is always working closely with other staff to deliver highest standard quality of reporting.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
* Data entry of supplier invoices and reconciliation of statements
* Escalate dispute/issue resolution as required.
* Incoming phone calls and emails to assist with accounts enquiries.
* Liaise with staff, suppliers and other delegated persons acting on behalf of the insurer with utmost respect and courtesy.
* Filing and maintaining records
* Ensuring processes are followed, updated and implemented.
* Assisting with a range of financial and administrative duties.
* EOM Reconciliations
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit card reconciliation
* Subcontractor suppliance reviews
About you
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
