About This Role
This role provides high-quality administrative support at the Theatre Reception of Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, acting as a key contact point for staff, patients and visitors while supporting the efficient operation of theatre services.
Responsibilities
* Provide frontline reception support by responding to enquiries, managing calls and directing patients, staff and visitors.
* Deliver administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination and general office functions.
* Assist with workforce administration including payroll support and recruitment processes.

Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage respectfully with patients, staff and visitors.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.
* High level of customer service with empathy, professionalism and attention to confidentiality.
* Experience or ability to quickly learn hospital information systems and apply medical terminology in an administrative setting.
