The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Glenelg club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife membership base. MSCs are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey. They are responsible for helping members become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves. The role is diverse, with two main goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through excellent customer service. MSCs seamlessly switch between sales, lead generation, providing exceptional service, and proactively engaging with members to enhance their experience and retention. Responsibilities Contribute to club sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals Make the required number of lead contacts by phone to maximize sales Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members Create positive, personalized member experiences Handle enquiries effectively to achieve successful outcomes Open and close the club as per roster Participate in member retention programs and inspire members to continue their fitness journey Make regular service calls to engage members and recommend products to enhance their results About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a desire to help them succeed Problem-solving skills and resilience Excellent communication skills-listening, understanding, empathizing, influencing Tenacity with a drive to meet targets Customer-focused attitude aiming for exceptional outcomes What we can offer you: A career in fitness that inspires and impacts community health, well-being, and confidence.
