**Territory Manager**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role
- In addition, you will Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects
- You will develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
- Furthermore, you provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Also you will be working collaboratively across internal functions and plants
**What makes you great**
- You possess strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation
- In addition, you have thorough knowledge of price and contract management
- Your experience in growing existing accounts, generation and conversion is second to none
- Excellent time management skills afford a results focused approach - takes initiative
- You are a natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded
- You have the ability to travel and hold a clean driver's licence - Essential
