The Role
As Digital Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on key initiatives across web, CMS, mobile app, and digital platforms. These are projects that will directly shape the digital experience for over 40,000 members. From replacing core platforms to introducing personalisation and self-service capabilities, you’ll be at the heart of bringing their digital strategy to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of digital initiatives across web, CMS, mobile app, and self-service platforms.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, from planning to delivery and handover to BAU.
- Partner with internal teams (UX, content, product, data, and technology) and external vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
- Champion user-centred design and member-first principles across all projects.
- Drive agile and hybrid ways of working, ensuring transparency, cadence, and adaptability.
- Keep projects aligned with the digital transformation roadmap, tracking risks, dependencies, and benefits.
About You
You’re an experienced digital project leader with a strong track record of delivering web, CMS, or mobile initiatives in complex environments, whether that’s in-house or via a digital agency background.
Excited by the shared vision of creating a member-centric, digital and AI-first organisation, you bring a collaborative approach and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help the team achieve it.
What you'll bring
- Experience delivering multi-stream projects across digital platforms – websites, CMS, mobile apps, personalisation, and analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and delivery partners, ensuring performance, timelines, and outcomes.
- Skilled in agile, hybrid, and iterative delivery (sprint planning, backlog refinement, release management).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with influence at senior levels.
- Solid expertise in budget management, reporting, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking.
- Most importantly, you’re motivated by creating digital experiences that are simple, seamless, and impactful for the people who use them
