Opportunities Available
* Intermediate Civil Estimator- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Contractors
* Senior / Lead Civil Estimator- Tier 1 Contractor & Tier 3 Contractor
* Permanent positions with reputable Perth-based companies
* Strong project pipelines and long-term work secured
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing first-principles estimates and tender submissions
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope of works
* Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Risk identification and value-engineering input
* Supporting bid strategies and handover to delivery teams
About You
* Previous experience as a Civil Estimator (Intermediate or Senior level)
* Background in civil construction (roads, earthworks, subdivisions, infrastructure)
* Strong understanding of estimating software and tender processes
* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
* Perth-based or willing to relocate
