**Job Description**

This Administration role is ideal for a motivated administrator who has experience in minute taking, scheduling, collating complex data, and drafting correspondence and reports under supervision. You will work as part of the Executive Services team and contribute to the effective operation of the Academic Unit.

As an Administrator, you will have excellent written communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, building relationships and providing high-quality administrative support.

Essential Skills and Experience

* Post-secondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or demonstrated experience supporting senior managers in a personal assistant or administrative support role in a customer-oriented environment
* Demonstrable organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
* High level interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of high-quality written correspondence and presentations
* Advanced knowledge and experience in the suite of programs in Microsoft Office and experience in the establishment and maintenance of a records management system
