**Customer Delivery Manager**:
**The Customer Delivery Manager role exists to ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Staging & Dispatch activities. This role will lead, manage, and support the Staging & Dispatch teams to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers by ensuring all orders are dispatched on time.
**This role will report into the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager - Customer Order and Delivery.

**As the Customer Delivery Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
- **Spend time with the Staging and Dispatch teams to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC**
- **Lead the team to work safely and efficiently**
- **Collaborate with the Customer Order Manager to ensure orders are picked on time, packed correctly, and congestion points are avoided during the pick**
- **Collaborate with our Customer Hub team and Online Logistics team to improve customer satisfaction, especially On time to Customer**
- **Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group**
- **Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**When you will be needed**:
**This is a full-time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts. This role will predominately be completed during early mornings, to provide for our community, and give afternoons off!
