We are Mosmatic Australasia, formed in 2012 as a subsidiary of Mosmatic AG with its headquarters located in Switzerland. We are proud to provide premium products to the Carwash and High Pressure Industries and Rotary Unions to various other fields. Our solutions are designed, manufactured, and assembled in Switzerland. Here in Brisbane, we operate purely as a wholesale company. There are also Mosmatic branches in the USA, Canada, and Spain.
What you will do
Administrative Tasks
* Process customer orders, prepare packing slips, book freight, and issue invoices
* Maintain and update customer accounts, including occasional credit checks
* Manage the main inbox, respond to enquiries, and forward messages as needed
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate office supplies
* Assist with incoming stock, invoices, and statements for the accounts team
* Track RMAs and ensure timely follow-up
Sales Support
* Assist the sales team with quotes, travel arrangements and general admin support
* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and the public in a friendly, professional manner
Warehouse Support
* Help pack goods for dispatch as needed
* Support stocktakes a few times a year
Who we are looking for
We are looking to expand our small team with someone who is organised and detail-focused, friendly and ready to jump into a bit of everything! If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, supporting a great team, learning new things along the way and like a diverse range of tasks, this could be a great fit.
Requirements
* Excellent professional English (essential)
* German language skills are a bonus (frequent liaison with Switzerland) but not required
