Our Host Employer is a busy Ophthalmologist (eye care expert) clinic who specialise in the examination, identification, and treatment of eye/sight concerns.
This varied traineeship will see you being part of the full customer experience from greeting them at reception and conducting their pre-appointment eye test, right through to finalising their payment.
Across 18-months work fulltime and receive paid industry experience all whilst studying a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Medical Stream.**

**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties
- Conduct pre-appointment eye tests
- Assist to place orders and liaise with suppliers
- Document processing and management (e.g. scanning, filing, archiving)
- Schedule customer appointments and follow-ups

**Role Requirements**:
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
