Competitive Hourly Rate: $30.98 to $33.31 per hour + 25% loading, based on experience.

About the Role
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to help residents with daily activities, respecting their physical, spiritual, social, and cultural needs.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and reviewing care plans, charting, and reporting health changes to the Registered Nurse.
* Assisting with delegated tasks from the Registered Nurse.
* Maintaining residents' dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
* Supporting a safe, comfortable, and secure environment.
About You:
You should be empathetic, kind, and passionate about aged care. Resident-focused, eager to learn, and supportive of team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* Experience in Residential Aged Care.
* HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication (qualified applicants).
* Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights across a 7-day week.
* Current Police and NDIS screening checks or ability to obtain them.
