Job Title: Partnerships and Fundraising Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic relationship-builder with a passion for women's health and gender equity to join our team as Partnerships and Fundraising Officer.
This role involves designing and driving fundraising initiatives to support systems change, engaging with partners and funders to amplify impact, and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement fundraising strategies: Secure grants, philanthropic funding, and/or corporate sponsorships to support WHEQ's mission.
* Engage donors and corporate partners: Build and sustain a robust support base through effective relationship management.
* Communicate for impact: Craft compelling funding proposals, events, and reports that highlight WHEQ's work and engage new and existing funders.
* Develop key systems: Create and refine processes to identify, track, evaluate, and enhance fundraising and partnership efforts.

* Competitive Salary: Starting at Level 5-6 SCHADS [between $95,377-$111,473 per annum pro rata depending on your level of experience and qualifications]. There is an additional option to salary package up to $15,900 annually, increasing your take-home pay.
