Company Secretarial Specialist – 12-Month Contract
My client is a global financial institution, and we are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Specialist to support corporate governance functions across a complex portfolio of entities in a highly transactional environment.
Responsibilities
* Draft and circulate resolutions for incorporations, capitalizations, and distributions.
* Maintain accurate corporate registers and statutory records.
* Assist with board/committee meetings, agendas, and minutes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ASIC, APRA, AFCA).
* Support governance requirements for projects and transactions.
* Drive process improvements and stakeholder education.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, or corporate governance.
* Minimum 5 years' hands‐on company secretarial experience (large organization preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Corporations Act and governance frameworks.
* Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced environment.
