Our Aquatic Centre features a 50m indoor Olympic pool, heated leisure pool, and hydrotherapy facilities, while our modern gym offers four purpose-built studios and more than 160 classes each week.

A Great Opportunity
This isn’t your typical reception role - you’ll be on your feet all day as the welcoming face of our Aquatics team. You’ll greet members with genuine positivity, handle inquiries, process memberships, and help keep our daily operations running seamlessly.
You'll also gain valuable experience in sales support, customer feedback, and administration, all while helping deliver fun, educational, and memorable experiences through our programs and facilities.

* Demonstrated strong experience in customer service, reception, administration, and light office duties
* Demonstrated confidence with different computer systems
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
* Current NSW Working With Children Check
* Flexibility and availability to work across One by Mingara trading times
o Monday-Friday (4:45am-9pm),
o Saturday & Sunday (5:45am-6pm)
