Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employment law and employee relations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate recruitment processes and draft employment contracts
* Assist managers with onboarding and induction processes
* Process employee separations and transfers
* Verify HR and payroll forms for new starters, transfers, assignments and other employment-related matters
* Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Public Sector and be able to manage successful end-to-end recruitment processes and program coordination.
