Role
Role: Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As CTO and cofounder, you will define and execute Archanaut's technology vision, building the core AI, 3D, and software infrastructure that powers our platform. This role is full-time and remote, offering the opportunity to shape the future of construction, education, and AI-driven modular housing.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software architecture and technology strategy for AI, robotics, and 3D simulation systems.
Oversee development of our AI-Augmented Factory OS, immersive 3D simulations, and construction training platforms.
Implement scalable, cloud-native architectures integrating real-time data, predictive AI, and parametric design engines.
Drive innovation in AI and 3D modeling, including procedural design, simulation physics, and optimization algorithms.
Collaborate with executive team and product leads to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Build and mentor a high-performing technical team, including AI engineers, 3D developers, and software engineers.
Ensure robust security, reliability, and maintainability across all technical systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven expertise in software development, cloud architecture, and system design.
Strong background in AI/ML, 3D simulation, game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal), or graphics programming.
Experience with parametric modeling, robotics, or digital twin technologies is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership in product development and technical strategy for complex platforms.
Strong communication skills and experience working in remote, distributed teams.
Knowledge of the construction, modular housing, or building tech industries is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Robotics, or related fields.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for transforming the construction industry through technology.
