About The Role
This position assists with fortnightly and monthly payroll processes across Australia and New Zealand, along with other finance admin tasks.
Tasks And Responsibilities
* Assist with preparation and processing of pay cycles.
* Handle timesheets, salary variations, salary packaging, leave, staff movements, and employee records.
* Review and process accounts payable for wage-related invoices and licensing fees.
* Support financial reporting, payroll journals, and month-end reporting.
* Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger.
* Administer expense management system and company credit card processes.
* Process staff reimbursements.
* Respond to payroll inquiries and provide general admin support.
* (Desirable) Certification in Accounting or Business Administration or similar.
Skills and Experience
* Experience as a Payroll Administrator.
* Understanding of superannuation legislation.
* Knowledge of taxes and payroll laws in AU states and NZ.
* Experience with salary packaging.
* Excellent time management and deadline adherence.
* Strong numerical and attention to detail skills.
