About Your New Role
You will work as part of a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing parks, landscaped and recreational spaces within the City’s open space regions and road network.
* Planting, pruning, mulching, hedging, removing green waste, spraying herbicides/weed removal and operating equipment such as leaf blowers, chainsaws, and pole saws.
* Demonstrate behaviours that contribute to a positive and successful team.
* Follow established work practices and consistently deliver high quality work.
We're Looking For People Who Have
* Certificate II or higher in Horticulture/Conservation or Land Care Management/Arboriculture and relevant industry experience.
* C Class Manual Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
* General Construction Induction White Card.
* Be a team player with strong communication skills.
* Have a high level of motivation and initiative, with the ability to work unsupervised.
