Job Description
The Orange Door Practitioner will provide integrated intake services to clients seeking assistance with child wellbeing, specialist women's and men's family violence, Child Protection and Aboriginal services. The practitioner will be part of a collaborative and integrated model of practice, working in partnership with various agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive MARAM risk assessment and safety planning for vulnerable families.
* Work with people from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Manage high volumes of work while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
* Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working with families and children with complex needs.
* Ability to work in a confidential, flexible, and responsive manner.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and well-developed administrative skills.
* Current Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check.
