We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Club Manager to join our Anytime Fitness Ormeau team. If you’ve got experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service, love working with people, and enjoy hitting targets — this could be the perfect opportunity.
Previous Club Manager experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone with the right energy, confidence, and drive to succeed.

The Role
As Club Manager, you’ll be the face of the club and the driver of results. You’ll oversee daily operations while building a positive, welcoming culture for both members and staff.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Driving membership sales and achieving weekly/monthly KPIs
* Leading, coaching and supporting a small team
* Creating an exceptional member experience
* Managing day-to-day club operations
* Supporting marketing and local community engagement
* Ensuring the club is clean, safe and well maintained
About You
You’re outgoing, motivated, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment. You take initiative, communicate well, and love achieving goals.
* Years of club management experience in a fast-paced environment
* A bright, positive personality with a drive to achieve goals
* A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals
* Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teams
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members
* A deep commitment to exceptional customer service
