Customer Service Representative Job
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis. This includes handling internal and external phone calls, relaying messages with proficiency, and operating and controlling the telephone switchboard.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Ensure efficient operation of the Front Office.
o Handle phone calls and relay messages.
o Operate and control the telephone switchboard.
Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will handle guest enquiries and requests, have a thorough knowledge of Canberra and its surrounding areas, and receive Room Service orders.
