Along with strong administration skills, high level stakeholder management and customer skills would be highly regarded for this role.In accordance with Directorate policies and dependent on the specific role and include, but are not limited to:Provide high quality administration support to the Flexible Education Team including but not limited to:Secretariat duties such as meeting coordination, minute taking and preparation of meeting papers.Financial and asset management including processing invoices, ordering stationery and supplies.Management of team email inboxesAdhoc administration duties as requested by the team.Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely response to all relevant stakeholders.Provide advice and general information to stakeholders to ensure compliance, high quality data standards and establish good policy and practice.Undertake small projects as required.Liaise with stakeholders, both within and external to the ACT Education Directorate.Work in accordance with, and uphold the ACT Government’s Respect, Equity and Diversity Framework and the Directorate’s Work Health and Safety System.Eligibility/Other Requirements: Highly developed proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of applications.Note: This is a temporary position available for 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
