About The Role
Join Cater Care Australia as a Front of House Supervisor and lead a dynamic hospitality team at our education site in Ballarat.
This is a great opportunity for a service-focused leader who enjoys creating welcoming dining experiences while guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.
Roster: Monday - Thursday & Sunday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
* Maintain high service standards and promptly address concerns
* Ensure efficient food service and smooth daily operations
* Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols in the front-of-house area
* Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
* Manage cash, maintain records, and report to senior management
* Foster a welcoming atmosphere for students and staff
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous experience in the hospitality sector
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under high pressure situations and catering in large volumes
* Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with students, parents and teachers
