Part of the successful and privately owned Bergmans Auto Group we are rapidly expanding our new and used vehicle dealership located in Rockingham, south of Perth. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate automotive professional to join a dynamic team, exceptional remuneration, and strong career development prospects. This is a hands‐on leadership role with full control of the sales department, reporting directly to the Dealer Principal.
About the Role
As Vehicle Sales Manager, you will:
* Oversee all aspects of the new and used vehicle sales operations
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a high‐performing sales team
* Ensure achievement of sales and manufacturer performance targets
* Plan and execute marketing and advertising strategies
* Build strong and professional relationships with vehicle manufacturers
* Drive customer satisfaction across the dealership
* Contribute to ongoing business development and departmental growth
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven Sales Management experience within a franchised new vehicle dealership
* A deep understanding of dealership operations and key business drivers
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience working towards and achieving manufacturer KPIs
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
