Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in Nepalese and/or Indian cuisine.
* Strong culinary skills, including preparation and cooking techniques.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
