The Club Services Officer role is designed to increase productivity, capability and resilience of volunteer run community tennis clubs in the South West region of Victoria.
This position will work closely with a small number of clubs to improve digital enablement outcomes and administrative capabilities.
About The Role
The key objective of this role is to support administration and maintenance of ClubSpark platforms for each club. Additionally, ensuring accuracy of club participant records and assisting with club data collation/reports are crucial responsibilities.
* Support the administration and maintenance of ClubSpark platforms.
* Ensure accuracy of club participant records.
* Assist with club data collation/reports.
* Support clubs in creating customised social media and web-based marketing materials & plans.
* Maintain Tennis Australia systems relevant to each club.
* Support clubs with their Customer Service channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge.
* Able to work independently and communicate clearly with others.
* Experience in stakeholder relationships and management.
* A background and passion for tennis (or sport) at a community level.
* Qualifications and/or experience in marketing, social media and webpage design & content.
* You must hold a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
