Supporting Young Families in Community Settings

This role is focused on providing nurturing support to families through home visits, clinic appointments, and community outreach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing child growth and development, as well as providing parenting support, health promotion, and early intervention services.

* Culturally Sensitive Practice:
* Work collaboratively with culturally diverse families in a variety of settings.
* Build strong relationships with new mothers and families with children aged 0–5 years.

Requirements:

* Current Registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
* Qualifications in Child and Family Health.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work purposes.
