Responsibilities
* Cost Management: Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and develop cash flow statements.
* Contribute to financial reports for the Management Team.
* Ensure site supervisory staff understand the project's scope of works and tender package inclusions.
* Prepare tender documentation for subcontractor procurement, including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, and tender analysis.
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
* Coordinate progress claims to the Head Contract.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
* Experience as the sole Contract Administrator on a project.
* Understanding of commercial and legal issues related to head contracts.
* Knowledge of major building trades.
* Basic estimating skills.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects from start to finish.
* Positive attitude and demonstrated longevity at previous employers.
