We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Kronos/Production Administrator within our Maritime Sustainment line of business based at our Henderson shipyard in WA. This position reports into our Production Capability Manager who is responsible for overseeing the trades' workforce (approx. 400).

**Your new role**:
The Kronos/Production Administrator is responsible for supporting the Production Capability Manager with day to day tasks. In more specific terms you will:
- Be responsible for day-to-day organisation and prioritisation under mínimal supervision
- Undertake Project support administration tasks as directed along with general office administrative duties
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT programmes not limited to, Kronos Microsoft, SHE online, Springboard, online inductions
- Coordination and content implementation of the intranet site, Jira, Local storage folders, teamspace site, Oracle, Kronos etc
- Provide support to the Production team with various administration tasks inclusive of but not limited to, Job card tracking, Job card OQE input i.e DC reports, Creation of ITP's etc
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of meetings and appointments.
- Provide ongoing support to the Operations Team
- Assist in the inductions of new employees
- Communicate and support change where required
- Control and coordinate information packs for the roll out at pre shift start meetings and at production related forums
- Coordination of Canteen presentation inclusive of Audio and IT set up prior
- Coordination of the production visual management boards
- Contingent Labour recruitment
- Coordination of the Production procurement through oracle
- Coordination and input to crane and Scaffold schedules
- Transfer and storage of data inclusive of timesheets, prestart documentation, crane maintenance reports, JHA's etc
About you
