About the Role
The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting internal financial performance and delivering insights that drive commercial decision-making. This position is responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical support for senior stakeholders. It is well suited to a proactive accountant who enjoys partnering with the business and improving financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with internal stakeholders across the organisation
• Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance
• Build and maintain dashboards, financial models and reporting tools
• Support cashflow management, scenario modelling and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal controls
• Assist with year-end activities and audit support
• Work closely with senior leaders to provide high-quality financial advice
About You
• CA/CPA qualified
• Previous experience within Professional Services
• Demonstrated experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in financial modelling and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Clear and confident communicator, able to translate financial data into meaningful insights
• Proactive, commercially focused and organised
• Experience in professional services or a similar environment is advantageous
