A key aspect of this apprenticeship is the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with skilled professionals. This will enable you to understand all aspects of butchery, including cutting, trimming, and shaping standard cuts of meat to size.
In addition, as an apprentice butcher, you will provide exceptional service to valued customers while ensuring that meat recipes are followed properly during preparation. You will also assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage forming machines as part of your training.
