Job Opportunity: Trainer and Assessor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver training and assessment services in our Maitland and Blue Haven sites. The successful candidate will work with students aged 14-17, delivering Certificate in Skills for Work on a part-time basis.
* Deliver training and assessment services in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and outcomes.
* Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working with young people aged 14-17 in educational or community settings.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be onsite for training delivery.
* Proficiency with digital tools for training and assessment.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Current Police Check.
* Full Australian working rights.
* Current ABN and Public Liability Insurance Policy.
