Little lefroy's in south fremantle is on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic breakfast cook to join our team. We're a busy cafe in south fremantle, looking for someone friendly, efficient, reliable and with attention to detail. Our kitchen is open 7am to 2:30pm daily, serving brunch from our menu. The Job Includes
•Preparing and Cooking a variety of brunch dishes from our menu, ensuring presentation and promptness.
•Ensuring food items are stored, handled, prepared and served in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
•Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, managing stock rotation and daily ordering. Candidates must have:
•A minimum of 1+ year Cooking experience.
•Strong breakfast cooking skill include egg cookery, Pancakes, grill operation, food prep, and food preparation.
•Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
•The ability to work independently, as well as part of the time on busier day.
•A commitment to food safety, and adherence to all food handling standards.
•The right to work in Australia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,478.41 per year
