**About the role
This is a key operational role providing high-level administrative, recruitment and governance support for the medical workforce across Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford facilities. You'll play an integral part in ensuring medical officers are onboarded efficiently, compliantly and with a high-quality experience, ultimately supporting safe, effective patient care
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Maintain a detailed working knowledge of the relevant Legislations, Awards, Certified Agreements, policies and guidelines, and provide advice on application and compliance across the medical workforce.
Provide high level advice and assistance to junior doctors and Clinical Directors/Medical Directors/Director of Clinical Training on all matters related to medical workforce recruitment, appointment, and employment frameworks.
High level knowledge of myHR, SAP, eRecruitment system and Content Manager.
Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies as appropriate for a high performance medical workforce.
