The trustee for The M Posch Trust – Broome WA
Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position
Responsibilities
* Manage residential and/or commercial property portfolios.
* Advertise rental properties and coordinate tenant applications.
* Screen and select tenants in accordance with company policies.
* Prepare and manage lease agreements.
* Conduct entry, routine, and exit property inspections.
* Manage rent collection and address rental arrears.
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
* Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve disputes.
* Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and regulations.
* Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
* Liaise with property owners regarding property performance and tenancy matters.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field, OR at least 2–3 years relevant work experience in property management or real estate services.
* Strong knowledge of tenancy management and property administration.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple properties and tenants effectively.
* Valid driver's licence (preferred due to regional property inspections).

* Salary: AUD $100,000 – $130,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
* Salary Benchmark: Aligned with Annual Market Salary Rate (AMSR) requirements under the DAMA program.
