The role
The Manager Operations manages proper planning and execution of promotions across the Casino and complex, working with relevant stakeholders to obtain support and proper resourcing to ensure the success of each promotion.
The role ensures a fun atmosphere and experience are achieved on all promotions and that team members and guests have exceptional experiences. Successful candidate must be ready to face the guests and will be required to work on key promotional dates and times which may run over the weekends and at night.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend promotions and ensure promotions and offers are delivered in a positive and fun manner.
- Work closely with other team members in the Marketing and Gaming department to deliver a strong promotional mechanic and in sourcing for promotional materials and displays.
- Use product and customer information to support day to day promotion support and planning to ensure optimal management of team resources.
- Assist senior Marketing management to manage the day-to-day Marketing spend of the team against allocated budget.
- Work cooperatively with cross-functional peers and associated key stakeholders and management teams.
About you
- At least 5 years of experience in service, hospitality, marketing, or sales background.
- Strong planning, administrative and coordinator skills are essential.
- Tertiary degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Willing to work weekends and flexible working arrangements
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and able to multitask
- Marketing or promotion experience desirable but not essential.

Please note hours of work will vary as you will be required to attend promotions and events so you will need to be available to work evenings and weekends.
