About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
* Supporting residents with their medication regimen, as needed
* Encouraging residents to participate in activities and programs that promote their physical and emotional well-being
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to supervisors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
* Experience working in aged care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
