We are now seeking a fully qualified Technician / Mechanic for our Hyundai Arundel dealership.
About The Opportunity
This role is responsible for carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer and safety standards. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair orders and diagnosing problem jobsCarrying out diagnosis on vehicles to a high standard, reporting findings correctly with use of Triage program for visibility to the customer and warranty complianceOngoing factory and company training and opportunities for growth and progressionFollowing repair instructions and warranty process consistentlyTake care with use of all workshop tools and equipment and returning them to their correct placeBrand specific technical pathway on offer to further your career and future opportunities
About You
Success in this role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship while supporting efficient workshop operations. You will demonstrate:
Automotive Technician/Mechanic Certificate III in Light Vehicle technologyExposure to dealership environment an advantage, however not essentialClear communication skills, including the ability to produce neat and accurate written documentationCurrent manual drivers licenseTake pride in your work by producing high quality workmanshipBe part of a supportive team that’s passionate about what they do and committed to a positive workplace culture
