Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pastries and Cakes Specialist to join our team in the heart of Hobart. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods that delight and satisfy our guests.
About This Role
This is a casual position where you will work across a 7-day roster, between the hours of 5am - 3pm. You will be required to prepare and deliver pastries, cakes, and other baked goods that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
3. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
* A strong eye for detail and good time management skills.
* A genuine enthusiasm for contemporary cooking.
* A qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery, or equivalent.
