About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer at Trilogy Care, you'll take concepts from initial vision to final asset, work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and shape how Trilogy Care is received, both online and in real life. We are looking for someone who is creative, wants to contribute to a variety of exciting projects, and has the ability to turn strategy in colourful cohesive designs.
Job Description:
* Assist in the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to brochures, social media assets, presentations, and advertisements.
* Work within the brand guidelines to create new illustrations and apply existing brand elements to all collateral
* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
* Adapt and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
* Maintain organised files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and project management.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas.
* Learn as you go! We're after an agile and adaptable person who is willing to learn new skills and ways of working.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years professional design experience with a versatile, commercial portfolio
* A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field will be highly considered
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Ability to demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and solve design challenges.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
* Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Vyond) will be highly considered.
Measures of success:
* Ensure all design work aligns consistently with brand guidelines and visual identity.
* Deliver design projects on time, meeting agreed deadlines and project timelines.
* Minimise the number of revisions needed by producing high-quality, accurate designs.
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, responding to feedback and meeting project expectations.
* Contribute creative ideas and original concepts to enhance campaigns and visual communications.
* Produce designs that support engagement and performance across digital and print channels.
* Take ownership of multiple projects, balancing workload while maintaining quality and focus.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
* Evidence of Australian work rights (passport, birth certificate, etc).
